Our representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, although you may fax or phone your order in at any time. When you call, please have your company name and store number ready. We will be able to verify your store address from our computer records. Our representative will ask your name, where you want the order shipped, and what, if any, Purchase Order number you want to use to keep track of your order. Please have your part numbers and quantities ready when you call. If you do not find what you want in the catalog, ask us about the part anyway. If we do not already stock the part, we would be more than happy to order it for you. On any special item, you will be asked to provide us with the name of the Manufacturer, the type of equipment, the Model number, and the Serial number.
BENEFITS OF USING MILL HARDWARE
Any in-stock order we receive by 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day. All backordered items will be shipped the same day they arrive at Mill Hardware. There is a map on the back of our catalogs that shows the time (in business days) for regular ground transit. Weekends and major holidays do not count as business days. We also offer the latest in expedited shipping methods. Everything from "Sonic Air" guaranteed 8-hour delivery, to Next Day Air for Saturday delivery. Of course, all expedited services cost extra as per the rates of UPS/FedEx for the required service. There are many other benefits to using Mill Hardware as well.
