DAMAGES OR DISCREPANCIES
A priced packing slip accompanies all shipments. This is not an invoice; it simply allows you to check the contents of the package against the packing slip. While Mill Hardware always packs your parts with the greatest of care, damages sometimes do occur. If there are any discrepancies or damages, it is important to call Mill Hardware immediately. Please save all packaging materials until you have spoken to a Mill representative. The shipping companies that we use require that this procedure is followed, and it protects you from liability for damaged or missing goods.
RETURNS
Any item that needs to be returned to Mill, no matter what the reason, needs to be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. This is good for you because it insures that your refund will be issued quickly. If you need to return something, just call us and we will help you through the process. We will help collect the necessary information, and then a special label and RMA form will be mailed to you. A restocking charge may apply depending on the circumstances.
WARRANTIES
We honor the warranties of our vendors. Any product purchased from Mill Hardware will be repaired or replaced according to and within the manufacturers warranty period.
